End of Life Pet Photography - Featuring Felony
Dogs have a way of weaving themselves into the fabric of our lives. They witness our quiet mornings and loudest celebrations, follow us from room to room without question, and love us with a loyalty that asks of nothing in return. They grow alongside us, marking time not in years, but in shared routines, familiar paths, and the comfort of simply being together. To love a dog is to accept that one day you will have to say goodbye, but also to know that life was fuller because of them.
Felony was one of those dogs who was also full of life. A girl always on the move, always curious, always present. For 16 years, she filled her home with energy and devotion, outliving her other pet siblings and leaving an imprint that can't be measured in time alone. As her body began to slow and she started to lose feeling in her hind leg, her spirit remained unremarkably hers.
Her parents made the deeply loving but difficult decision to let her go surrounded by familiarity and the people who had been her whole world. This session was about honouring Felony and who she was, a constant companion, a force of life, and a beloved family member whose presence will be left long after her final day.
